The great dictator with Gretna counterpart Brooks Mileson following Hearts’ Scottish Cup victory over the borderers in May. Strangely, he still saw fit to have a dig at the men in black during the cup run and today the SFA are ten grand richer after fining the Jambos’ head honcho.
