Caley confirm Brewster’s return
By: Ian Rose | August 27th, 2007Craig Brewster is set to return officially to Inverness Caley Thistle today, in preparation for their League Cup second-round match with Arbroath tomorrow. The 40-year-old is going to be welcomed not only as a replacement for Charlie Christie, but as a potent offensive players, having scored three goals in the past two matches for Aberdeen. The Dons will miss him - that’s for sure. He has been a huge part of their attack. Caley will need a little of that spark, as they sit on the bottom of the SPL with no points from four games and only two goals scored. Good luck to Brewster - Arbroath ought to be a cake walk, but the way Caley’s started this season, nothing is certain.
Tomorrow on the blog, Rangers v. Red Star for all the marbles. All ten million pounds of them.
