Beating Georgia and Faroe Islands is a given. Lithuania are a bit of a surprise in this group but shouldn't pose too much of a problem. If Scotland can't beat the Ukraine and Italy than all hope is lost. Come June this group will change dramatically. I applaud Scotland's fighting spirit but the true test is yet to come. Laurie, it will be a daunting task to keep Italy out of the euro because as you know a desperate Italy is a dangerous one. France pulled out three points just in time...looks like France's luck has quite run out yet. Good luck on Wednesday Scotland!

Well done, Scotland. With France (barely) also claiming the three points, my evil plan to keep Italy out of Euro '08 is working!
