Manic Mondays?

Monday Night Football has long been a broadcasting stalwart in the land of stars, stripes and sawker. A few years ago, them down south took notice and started playing the real football on Monday nights too, with Sky televising it under a moniker simply jaw-dropping in its originality - that’s right, Monday Night Football!
These days, the SPL’s getting in on the MNF action itself, Setanta kicking off their coverage this week with a truly mouthwatering clash - that’s Dunfermline v Hibs to the rest of us. Neither side was happy with the scheduling, but league bosses seem unconcerned - much to the chagrin of the Hibees, who face a wee trip to…oh, just Aberdeen next week.
