Sectarian chants are increasingly pointless
By: Craig | December 13th, 2006
They’d better not shout. They’d better not cry. They’d better not pout and, by gosh, I’ll tell you why! The SFA will fine them in pounds.
And that might not be the end of it. Any more nonsense from them two on the left and, from the start of next season, points docking looks likely to be on the menu for the first time. As Christmas presents go, Scottish football fans might just have got the best.

So, let me get this right:
I could chant that Rangers fans are a bunch of w*nk*rs because they’re Rangers fans, but I couldn’t say so because I’m Catholic and they’re Protestant?
If Boruc can get fined for making the sign of the cross, I guess there’ll be no cheering from the grandstands next season.

No cheering and jeering in the Scottish Premier? What next: no diving in the Portuguese leagues?

Cham,
Don’t worry; even if diving is banned in Portugal, Ronaldo will still be doing yeoman work in the EPL.
